I got my packet of info in the mail today. I went to the hotel's website and it's really nice. Is everyone who was planning on going still able to go now that the date is diferent? Is anyone staying a second night?

I haven't gotten my packet yet. I still plan on going and I hope to stay a second night. As long as I can afford it I am going to. I'll know more once I get the packet and can go to the hotel's site and look around.

They are all booked up now so there are no rooms available for the second night so I won't be staying.

I won't be going at all. After they switched it to May, I did my darnedest to rearrange my calendar to fit it in, but theres just too much & too many people involved. I gave up & I'll be missing the roundtable.

she told me that she was switching it to May so that hopefully I could go. I have heard nothing about the date from them again or any other information.

You need to contact her immediately. Its set for us to get there May 18 and the meeting is on May 19 so there isn't a lot of time. I'll pm you the contact info in case you don't still have it.
