This summer my just turned 14 y/o son Sean went on Concerta & even more helpful to him is he started seeing a Reading Coach once a week. Before his reading comprehension was dismall to put it kindly. He just started in HS as a 9th grader and so far is doing so much better all around. We had made plans at the end of last school yr to have him evaluated by the HS after things got rolling. We'll have to set that up with them soon.

Thats great, John! And just think how much better you'll be in the beginning process then all of us were...you have all the knowledge from coming here before Sean was diagnosed, whereas none of us had that in the beginning!

Right, and how come I never knew you had a 14 year old son...? I probably knew and forgot....that is it, I am sure...
I am glad that he is doing well, high school is hard enough with no disabilities....

Right, and how come I never knew you had a 14 year old son...? . Its not fair is it? Some people just look so young, we assume they aren't possibly old enough to have a teenager.
