i didn't think she was going to pass

Earlier in the school year I talked to the councelor about cortni and her grades falling and they said not to worry until she is failing...well we got her test scores and she did good in everything but reading..she scored below average and above average in math...i thought the reading would make her fail. But no she passed and no one talked to me about holding her back. But her teacher sent in a letter to get her tested for resource. So she's off to 4th grade. and may be in resource for her reading. I hope and pray that she gets a nice and understanfding teacher this coming year. She has lost her confidence and I hope she gets it back.

Chase's reading tanked this quarter too....a 73%....it was the one grade that kept him off honor roll the last grading period.
