Did I stay up til 3 am this morning, I should have just not gone to bed at all, now I am dog tired - not a good way for me to start my week!
I may learn to do right all the time soon - I knew better, I have to finish this big presentation to submit to our leadership team by weds, I am more than half way done with it but have to rely on a couple others to submit parts of it and that drives me crazy! I will be angry and spastic with it today and I also have other things that have to get done for getting stuff from the oldests school for that meeting friday morning.
Maybe there should be an option of 36 or 42 hour days in my life! Sleep 12 or at least 8 and work the rest of the hours!
Alright enough whining, I must suffer the consequences of my own stupidity!

I always ask myself why I stay up too late. I'm just a natural night owl. I know all too well the feeling of sleep deprivation.

I hear ya! I stayed up way to late last night. Or too early depending on how you look at it. Too make me even more tired the living and dining rooms are getting painted today so I am trapped in my bedroom, with my bed and it wants me to lay in it and take a nap. But I have my monthly I&RS meeting today at 12:30 so no nap for me. I know the reson that I stay up so late is because I never get any alone/quiet time anymore and thats the only time it is possible. I dont want to waste it sleeping. Try and stay awake today lcdc!

I'm a early morning owl. I mean I stay up until the wee hours of the morning. I know I need to stop that nasty habit too. You know you find me online as late as 4:00 A.M. Honestly, I should be going to bed at midnight so I don't know how I do it but I do. For sure, you and I, LC need to work on this big time.

YES and I am wound for sound, but I can feel it in my eyes if that makes any darn sense at all - I was productive today, but mean! My boss sensed it I guess - he usually chit chats and bugs me, not today! I am working on it jj, are you?
I got the IEP records and Rans testing copied from the school today and that went better than I thought - screw the counselors office from now on, that woman friday was a not job! I wrote this email that got them right on it today, it was strait to the point without being too forward, so it was good, I need less sleep more often I guess to get things doen!

I tend to stay up late 3 or 4 days in a row when I have to get up early but then I get a day where when I finally get to sleep in after staying up late. I never really feel rested till I get to sleep in past 10am. But getting to be early doesn't change that. I still don't feel rested unless I sleep in. I also don't get to bed till extremely late when I start looking through all my stomping grounds on the internet.

hey roly, how is it going? I think I just cycle through this stuff sometimes! I can't ever sleep past 7 am ever! I wish I could, but I cannot, no matter what time I go to sleep.

Hey I got in bed earlier this morning! It was 2 am, this is not good, I actually was starting to do the shadow people thing last night, late. At least now I recognize these things as problems, I have to sleep tonight! I was reading through Ran's stuff they copied out of her file yesterday and out of the corners of my eyes I kept seeing that movement thing that is really not there! aRGHHHHHHH! But I am on it this morning and getting ready for work now, just had to stop in and say hi and if my posts get wierder, it is just lack of sleep!

I am thinking of sleeping earlier tonight, but then I found out I really have a lot of things to do, I am aiming for midnight, that is an improvement!
I have actually cooked a real dinner for the 3rd night in a row for the kids, that is freaky for me, usually I cook fast stuff individually for them, but I have been like cooking regular meals and actually cleaning the house before bed! I have to figure out a better schedule for this stuff I guess. I still have to shower and wash some clothes tonight and run the dishwasher!

You'll be proud of me LC. Last night I went to bed around 1:30 and I'm getting ready to shut down the computer now. My goal was 2:00 so I'm 8 minutes late but thats close enough.
