Here goes - going to post my weight loss goals, etc. and then keep track of it here. This way I can be kept on track and see my progress.
Thursday - 7/19
current weight 193 lbs
goal 150-155
ways to accomplish this: - cut down to 1 soda a day - water, water, water - exercise everyday - smaller meal portions

Well, maybe if you drink a bunch of water, you won't feel so empty. I started buying the Fruit 2 O waters & they are so deliciously EASY to drink!

Week 1 - lost 3lbs. It has been very hard some days, but trying to stick with it. Fingers crossed.
