Jill, that is great progress!! Remember that it starts getting slower once you lost the first pounds; but if you persevere, you will get where you want to be. I can imagine the feeling when you notice your clothes are loose; I mean, I have been there and that is a great feeling!! I am happy for you.

I'm jealous! I'd be happy to see the scale go down slowly rather than up all the time. Maybe if they would stop making Mt Dew I could do it. I have no willpower. We're proud of you. 2 pounds is progress!

Maybe if they would stop making Mt Dew I could do it. I have no willpower. Lol, you can always use diet Mt Dew at 0 cal J/K- I know many people don't like to drink diet beverages. I must admit I abuse on diet sodas I lost about 50 pounds long ago and I am very proud of it. The good part is that I have managed to keep the weight off for many years. Well,.......I guess I already posted about this. It is just that I feel so happy about it, Lol

I can't stand the taste of diet Dew. I have gotten so I like water with a twist of lemon and am trying to stay hydrated on the water and just drink the Dew for the taste. I am still gaining. I think it will be all or nothing for me.
Congrats on the 50 lbs. That is phenomenal!

That is great Jill! I would love to lose some weight and I would need them to stop making Pepsi. It's all I drink. And Mary 50lbs! That is very impressive-what's even more impressive is that you have kept it off for so many years.

KK lol, if they stop making Coca-Cola, I would win half the battle. I had given up on my dieting when we went to the beach. Now have to start again, too much wonderful food was eaten there.
Mary 50 lbs is great! My goal is 40.

Congratulations Mary. I am now down 21 lbs and counting. I have to lose 80 more and when looking at me you would never guess I hide it well. I am ashamed to admit this. I had lost 60 at one time and fell off the wagon and the stressers of life took over and here I am 1 year later with it all back and 10 more to boot.
