Well they did get one shot of me at the beach and I am the whale in the shot. So I can get into the bathing suit for an after shot. Just like on TV I had horrible cravings today and had to fight them off. But I won. It does help having Sarah helping me. She works out all the time, so she is on me constantly to not pass on an exercise day. We eat lunch together a lot and I think she is doing that to make sure I am not eating unhealthy stuff.

Thanks bugsmom! We are here if you want to join in this weight loss party.
I have even started to get up this week at 4:30 when bf gets up to work out on our exercise machine in the house. I have been walking at night or on my mornings off.

Ok - haven't posted in a while here. So as of today I am down to 170 lbs. I have slowed down the weight loss lately. I think in part that I adeed more exercise in and the use of weights. So now starting to build up some muscle and loosing less at this point. But still lot smaller portions and water, water, water.
Getting rid of the clothes that are falling off me. Never going to get back into them.

Ok - new update. I have now lost 31lbs!!! I am down to 165. Harder to get up and walk in the morning, since it is frigid. So I do that during the day, when I can. But using the exercise machine more and weights more now.

Some days it is hard to be motovated really hard. Tonight I fell off the wagon big time. Went out and had greasy onion rings, a cheeseburger and a brownie with caramel in it. My body has been so sick tonight since then. So know that is no good.
Start slow. For me it was giving up soda. Once I got past that need, then it was easier. Making less for dinner and eating smaller portions wasn't too hard. It is the exercise part that can hold me down. Some mornings it is the last thing I want to do for sure. But where there is a will there is a way.
Let me know how it goes...
